How Many Units Do I Need?

A general guideline for outdoor events:

  • Up to 50 guests for 4 hours โ†’ 1 unit
  • 50โ€“100 guests or all-day event โ†’ 2 units
  • 100โ€“200 guests โ†’ 3โ€“4 units
  • Alcohol being served โ†’ add one extra unit per 50 guests

How much does event porta-john rental cost? +
$165 for the weekend plus applicable sales tax, collected at delivery or pickup. That rate covers delivery, the full weekend, and Monday pickup.
Can I book online? +
Yes โ€” submit your event date, delivery address, and number of units through our online request form. The process takes about 2 minutes. We confirm availability and pricing by phone or text, usually within a few hours, and payment is collected at delivery or pickup.
What if I need more than one unit? +
Just select the quantity you need on the request form. For large events with 5+ units, call us at 704-956-1182 and we'll handle it directly.
When will the unit be delivered and picked up? +
We deliver Friday or Saturday before your event weekend. Pickup happens Monday morning. If you have a specific time window needed for delivery, note it when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
We recommend booking at least 3โ€“5 days before your event to guarantee availability. During busy summer weekends, booking further in advance is a good idea. Last-minute requests may be possible โ€” call us to check.
